I’m working with a leading bank who are looking to hire a KYC Manager to join their team in London. You must have Banking experience in the UK.
Key Highlights of the Role:
* Lead and oversee Onboarding, Analyst, and QA teams, ensuring adherence to policy and risk standards.
* Take responsibility for quality control, reviewing onboarding, periodic reviews, event-driven reviews, and offboarding.
* Provide guidance, training, and coaching to help the team meet KPIs and improve due diligence standards.
* Act as a point of escalation for complex KYC/AML queries, liaising with Compliance and MLRO.
* Drive continuous improvements in KYC/CDD controls, processes, and regulatory compliance.
* Strong managerial skills are essential to motivate, coach, and develop the team.
