The L & D Lead will oversee the development and implementation of learning and development strategies within the Human Resources department, ensuring the growth and upskilling of the workforce.

Description
Develop and deliver an effective learning and development strategy aligned with the organisation's goals.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and implement tailored learning programmes.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives meet business needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements where necessary.
Manage the L & D budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Oversee the creation and delivery of e-learning modules and in-person workshops.
Keep up to date with trends and innovations in learning and development.
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.Profile
A successful L & D Lead should have:
Experience in designing and implementing learning and development strategies.
Proven ability to assess training needs and deliver effective learning solutions
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.Job Offer
