Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools across Bolton & Bury
Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a vibrant and supportive primary school environment? Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to join a number of welcoming primary schools across Bolton and Bury.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting children's learning, helping them reach their full potential, and working as part of a caring and collaborative team.
The Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs or EHCPs.
Assist in planning and preparing learning materials, interventions, and classroom displays.
Help to maintain a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
Contribute to pupil progress tracking and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and social development through creative and practical learning.About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience supporting children in a primary school setting.
Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children.
A genuine passion for helping all pupils achieve their best.
