Job Description

We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking experienced & commited Groundworkers / Pipe-Layers for a Large New Build Project in Lancaster. CSCS Carded Groundworkers / Pipe-layers required for a start IMMEDIATELY on a Residential New Build Development in Lancaster (LA1). Duties within the role consists of mainly Foundation & Drainage tasks although Groundworks with Plant tickets are highly sought after. The role will include most tasks and duties so all rounded Groundworkers are required to complete duties such as . Drainage / Concreting / Foundations - Building Levels & Pouring Concrete Slabs Past New Build Experience is Essential This role is Long term for the right operatives. Minimum 40hrs a week 08:00am to 16:30pm - Monday to Friday at £20.50ph CIS - Weekly Pay
