Job Description

A business in the field of accreditation requires a Laboratory Technician to carry out all aspects of testing. The ideal candidate would have experience of working in a laboratory environment and working to standards.

Commutable from: Telford, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Wellington, Shifnal, Newport, Oakengates, Madeley 

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 p.a. DOE

Suitable for: Laboratory Technician, Test Engineer, Test Technician, Lab Technician

The Role 

Reporting into the Operations Manager you will have the following duties:

-Assisting junior members of staff with inhouse booking systems.
-Carrying out testing of all products to industry standards. 
-Liaising with customers on the progress of their product testing. 

The Person 

Preferably educated to HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering you will have the following experience:

-Working in a laboratory environment to industry standards is preferred. 
-Advanced skills in Microsoft packages such as Excel.
-Attention to detail is essential to this role. 
-Full training is provided.
