Job Description

Laboratory technician I am currently recruiting for a laboratory support worker in a food microbiology laboratory based in Wolverhampton. This is a short term contract ( must be available to start immediately) Key responsibilities: Processing microbiology samples for testing Preparing and pouring agar media to plates Washing laboratory equipment and general maintenance Assist with stock and consumable management To carry out all activities in accordance standard operating procedures. Requirements: No prior experience required A degree (or Equivalent) In Microbiology or a related subject would be advantageous. Hours: Monday – Friday 12pm – 8pm flexibility for overtime will be required. Candidates must have full eligibility to work in UK without restrictions.
