Impact Resourcing is looking for an experienced Labour Manager to join our team! We're particulary interested in candidates with a background in the construction recruitment industry. Reports to Recruitment Manager Location Office Based Division Construction Key Responsibilities: * Source and register candidates across the construction sector. * Manage advertising and marketing efforts on job boards , social media and more. * Ensure all candidates meet UK legislation requirements and maintain accurate records. * Think creatively to fill vacancies using diverse resources * Support the sales team with lead generation during candidate interviews * Maintain an up-to-date databse of available candidates. * Salary £30k + for the right candidate If you have industry experience and are proactive , adaptable and detail - orientated , we'd love ot hear from you
