Job Title: Labourer (Category C1 Driver) - Long-Term Contract
Location: Barnsley and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Long-term / Full-time

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Labourer to join our team for a long-term social housing project based in Barnsley. The ideal candidate will have a valid CSCS card, a Category C1 driving licence, and be willing to travel between various sites. This is a stable and ongoing opportunity with consistent work and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
General labouring duties on residential social housing properties
Assisting tradespersons as required
Site preparation and clearance
Handling materials and deliveries
Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
Driving a company-provided Category C1 vehicle to and from job sites
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card - essential
Category C1 driving licence - essential (required to operate a company van)
Previous labouring experience, ideally within the social housing or construction sector
Good physical fitness and stamina
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to travel between sites as required (van and fuel provided)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
