Site Labourer - Long-Term Role - Didcot Area
We are currently working in partnership with a leading national house builder on a major residential development project located in the Didcot area. As part of this exciting new build scheme, we are looking to recruit an experienced and reliable site labourer to join the team.
This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts available. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hard-working, and committed to maintaining high site standards throughout the build.
The project involves the construction of a large-scale housing development, delivering high-quality homes as part of a wider community expansion in Didcot. The site is well-established, with ongoing phases planned, offering strong continuity for the right individual.
Key Details:
Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
Duration: Long-term
Hours: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
Role: General site labouring duties including assisting trades, keeping the site tidy, and supporting the site team as required

Mucking up.
Assisting trades on site
Keeping the site work areas clean and tidy - free of any debris to maintain a safe environment for all the workforce

Completing tasks as instructed by the site management team
