Labourer (CSCS Card Required)
Location: Bristol - within 10 miles of BS9 2JD
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (3 to 12 weeks)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (subject to change)
Pay: £100 per day
About the Role:
Pin Point Recruitment is hiring a Labourer with a valid CITB Certified CSCS card to assist with offloading and positioning goods such as kitchen units, worktops, furniture, and bedroom items at various new-build sites.
This hands-on role requires physical fitness, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.
It is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals seeking steady work, with potential for ongoing work after this period on a sub-contractor basis.
Labourer Key Responsibilities:
· Meet delivery vehicles at assigned sites to offload and position goods into the correct houses and flats
· Ensure all work is carried out professionally, safely, and efficiently
· Take photographic evidence of completed jobs to confirm successful delivery and setup
· Communicate clearly and professionally with site teams and clients
Labourer Requirements:
· Valid CSCS card (CITB Certified)
· Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
· Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams
· Reliable, punctual, presentable, with strong customer service skills
· Willing to travel up to 2 hours from home location
Labourer Additional Information:
· Training: 5 days paid training before first week, with a payment of £400 plus fuel allowance (25p per mile) upon full completion
· Contract: Guaranteed 4 days work per week for minimum 3 weeks, with potential for long-term sub-contract
· Progression:
o £10 per day bonus from week 12 (subject to performance and reliability)
o Sub-contract offered at week 12 for successful candidates
o Enrolment in the company’s ‘Fast Track’ career development programme
· PPE Requirements: Candidates must provide and wear their own PPE, including safety boots, hard hat, hi-vis vest or jacket, and gloves
Labourer Ideal Experience:
· Manual handling
· Site labouring
· Own phone or device to submit photographs of completed work via WhatsApp or email
