Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Valid CSCS
* Perform physical labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment.
* Assist with site preparation and clean-up (e.g., removing debris, sweeping, tidying).
* Support tradespeople with basic tasks such as mixing materials, setting up tools, or holding equipment.
* Load and unload deliveries of materials and supplies.
* Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
* Follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
* Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment faults to the supervisor.
* Carry out other general labouring duties as directed.
Skills and Requirements:
* Previous experience in a labourer or general operative role preferred but not essential.
* Physically fit with the ability to perform manual work in various weather conditions.
* Good awareness of health and safety practices on-site.
* Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
