Job Title: CTC Cleared Labourer / Operative
Location: Barnard Castle
Pay Rate: Dependent on experience and duties
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced CTC Cleared Labourers/Operatives to join our team on a high-security site. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and relevant clearance to work on a long-term project involving demolition and remedial duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out demolition, strip-out, and remedial tasks as directed
*
Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently in a high-security environment
*
Follow site safety protocols and work alongside a team of professionals
*
Assist with general labouring duties as required by site management
Requirements:
*
CTC Clearance (Counter Terrorist Check) – Essential
(Please do not apply if you do not currently hold valid CTC clearance)
*
Valid CCDO card
*
Own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be provided
*
Ability to provide reliable work references
*
Previous experience in demolition, strip-out, or remedial work is desirable
