General Labourer | Construction Labourer | Site Operative | CSCS Labourer

Exeter, Devon | £12.71 per hour PAYE / £16.85 per hour Umbrella | 8am Start | Full-Time | Ongoing Work Available

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a General Labourer to join a large construction site in Exeter, Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Labourer, Site Operative, CSCS Labourer, or General Operative looking for ongoing work with a respected construction contractor.

Working as part of the site team, you will support daily operations by carrying out general labouring duties, maintaining site standards, and assisting with deliveries and materials.

What We Offer

£12.71 per hour PAYE.
£16.85 per hour Umbrella.
Full-time working hours.
Ongoing work available.

Key Duties

Carry out general labouring duties on site.
Clean the site and remove waste materials.
Unload and handle deliveries.
Assist with moving materials around the site.
Complete health and safety-related tasks as required.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

Requirements

Valid CSCS Card.
Full PPE including hard hat, high-visibility clothing, and steel-toe boots.
Previous experience working in a labouring role.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Able to start work at 8am daily and finish at 6pm.
