Job Title: Labourer – Historic Building Project (Torquay)
Location: The Pavilion, Torquay Seafront
Pay: £12.21 per hour + holiday pay (PAYE)
Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing
We’re hiring a reliable Labourer to join a specialist team working on the iconic Pavilion building in Torquay. This is an exciting long-term opportunity to support skilled tradespeople on a major restoration project with a well-established local company, MW Benney.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assisting specialist trades on a historic renovation project
* Carrying out general site labouring duties
* Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
* Following instructions from supervisors and tradespeople
What We’re Looking For:
* CSCS card – essential
* Previous labouring experience
* Someone who is reliable, conscientious, and diligent
* Must have own PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, boots, etc.)
* Able to get to Torquay Seafront reliably each day
