Job Description
Job Title: Night Labourer (Night Watch) – Data Centre Project, Slough
We’re hiring a dedicated and reliable Night Labourer to support operations on a data centre site in Slough. This is a night shift role with immediate start available (26TH JUNE).
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts, all hours paid) Pay: £19.00 per hour (weekday nights) £25.00 per hour (weekend nights)
Key Responsibilities:

Regularly monitor and maintain portable heaters to ensure safe and consistent operation
*
Refill diesel in heaters when required
*
General labouring duties including moving pallets, resin buckets, and assisting on site
*
Supporting site security and ensuring safe overnight conditions
Requirements:

Valid CSCS card
*
Previous site experience preferred
*
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail essential
