Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall Supervisor to oversee traffic management operations on a one-day project at Tower Bridge Court. You will be responsible for supervising 2 Traffic Marshalls (TMs) and ensuring the safe and effective flow of vehicles and pedestrians around the worksite.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of Traffic Marshalls
*
Maintain a safe and compliant working environment
*
Liaise with site management and contractors
*
Manage traffic flow and site access effectively
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
*
Valid Traffic Marshall (Banksman) and SSSTS/SMSTS certification
*
Previous supervisory experience in traffic management
*
PPE and right to work in the UK
*
Strong communication and leadership skills
Rate: Competitive, based on experience
