Job Description
Job Title: Labourer / Support Fitter
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Duration: Temporary - Approx. 8 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for Labourers for a temporary contract based in Stockton-on-Tees. This role will involve general support duties assisting skilled trades and contributing to the smooth running of operations.
Shifts Available:
Day Shifts:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
Friday: 07:30 - 12:30
Pay: £14.77 PAYE or £19.67 Umbrella per hour
Night Shifts:
Monday to Thursday: 17:00 - 03:00
Pay: £21.27 PAYE or £28.25 Umbrella per hour
Responsibilities:
* Assisting welders, platers, and fabricators with day-to-day tasks.
* Moving and preparing materials.
* Basic mechanical fitting or labouring duties.
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
* Following instructions and supporting general workshop/site activities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an industrial or engineering environment preferred.
* Good work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks.
