Job Description
Key Recruitment have a new opportunity for a Labourer in Basingstoke, with a leading principal contractor specialising in cladding improvements.
£30k
Monday to Friday / 7.30am-5.30pm
This is a chance to join the team that delivers high-quality and compliant cladding regeneration contracts throughout London and the South East.
Your role will include, but will not be limited to:
* Providing general maintenance of construction equipment
* Operating machinery
* Dealing with deliveries
* Assist the manager with daily inspections and any ad-hoc duties
* Keeping site clean and tidy including the cleaning of welfare facilities as required
* Keep up to date with relevant industry regulations, H&S legislation and company
* procedures
What you’ll need:
* Experience as a general labourer in the construction industry
* CSCS card OR relevant training in manual handling, asbestos and working at height
* Knowledge and use of hand tools
* Must have a Full UK drivers’ licence
