Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day site operations, supporting skilled trades and plant operators
* Carry out general groundworks, including digging, backfilling, and site clearance
* Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely around the site
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with health and safety standards
* Set up and dismantle barriers, fencing, and signage to maintain safe working areas
* Support utility installation and maintenance works, including laying pipes, ducts, and cables
* Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers to ensure efficient workflow
* Adhere to company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices
* Operate basic tools and equipment, ensuring they are used correctly and stored safely
* Provide flexibility in assisting with a variety of site-based tasks as required
Technical Skills & Experience
* Previous experience working as a construction labourer is essential
Qualifications & Training
* CSCS card
* Driving licence
