Job Description
General Labourer
£14.50 per hour
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm - 37.5 hours per week (1 hour lunch)

gap construction are seeking a General Labourer to join a reputable contractor working on a 24-unit traditional build housing development valued at £3 million.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established team delivering quality residential projects in the local area.
Performance Objectives
Assist with general labouring duties on site including maintaining cleanliness, moving materials, and supporting trades.
Work collaboratively with the site team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Follow all site safety rules and company procedures at all times.
Carry out tasks as directed by the Site Manager and trades on site.
Maintain a professional attitude and contribute positively to the site team.Person Specification
Previous experience working as a General Labourer on construction sites.
A valid CSCS card is essential.
Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual labour tasks.
Positive attitude with a willingness to assist across all site activities.Project Details
