Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known Law firm based in Lancashire. They are seeking a Land and Property Dispute Resolution to join their team.
If you have experience in Property Litigation and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role is on a full-time and Hybrid basis which pays a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Able to draft correspondence and court papers
Liaise and correspond with the Court, instruct counsel and experts
Attend court hearings and other all party meetings
Providing support to other team members as required and have the ability to demonstrate an appropriate level of management and supervision of junior members of the team including support staff
Developing knowledge, experience and expertise in the subject areasAbout you:
Qualified Solicitor - NQ-2 years PQE
Excellent IT skills
Experience of acting on a wide range of property litigation cases, including real property, landlord and tenant disputes and contractual disputes
Ability to manage own caseload with appropriate supervision
