Our Client is offering an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Graduate / Junior Land Assembly Assistant. You'll gain hands-on experience in land referencing, spatial data analysis, and project coordination while supporting one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes.
What You'll Do
Assist with land assembly activities to enable timely access for construction.
Work with project teams and contractors to confirm land acquisition boundaries.
Help prepare and manage notices for land entry and acquisition.
Support data assurance and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
A degree in Geography, Property, Land Management, GIS, or related discipline.
Experience with spatial data and map reading (essential for land referencing tasks).
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Familiarity with Excel and interest in GIS/digital mapping tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
