Job Description

The Team & Focus of the Role Would you like to join our established Development Agency Team? We’re looking for new team member to join our Team, based either from our Ashby de la Zouch Newark or Birmingham office to help support the growth of the team in providing Development Agency services. The role will include research on a range of predominantly residential development projects providing support on strategic land, agency, affordable housing and mixed-use development. You will also be collaborating with professionals to support in the service of existing instructions and develop new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have the willingness to learn with a keen interest to grow within the property sector. This can be offered as a temporary or permanent position (Mon-Fri). In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in: * A discretionary bonus scheme * A generous holiday scheme which commences at 25 days with a sliding scale up to 30 days plus an additional day for your birthday, and additional days to cover the festive period! * Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave * An online money saving portal * Death In Service cover, alongside access to an Employee Assistance Programme which includes health appoints for you and your family * Volunteering Leave equating to 2 days per year (pro rata if you’re part-time) Duties will include: * Utilising mapping software to identify potential development opportunities. * Create strong, effective relationships with existing clients and other potential sources of business on behalf of FG. * Assist in sourcing new instructions, preparing proposals, and liaising with potential clients. * Support and advise on the potential of land for development by working with colleagues across the business to provide additional support with planning and potential issues. * Diary management to coordinate meetings for surveyors and other professionals. * Management of spreadsheets to ensure the database remains accurate.
