Location: North England
Salary Up to £40,000
Role: Permanent, Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join a forward-thinking and dynamic team working on a range of exciting projects across the North of England. Our client is a leader in their field, delivering innovative solutions in surveying, modelling, design, and drawing. Ideal Candidate:
NVQ or degree-level qualification in surveying or a related discipline
Proven experience in land surveying, ideally within landfill, quarry, or construction settings
Proficient in AutoCAD and survey processing software
Highly organised with strong communication skills and attention to detail
Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of managing workload independently or within a teamKey Responsibilities:
Conduct topographical surveys using GPS, total station, and drone technology
Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other software
Set out engineering works to design specifications across various sites
Monitor and model volumes for material import schemes, stockpiles, and waste voids
Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
