Job Description

Land Surveyor Location: Bermuda Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + Benefits Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Land Surveyor to relocate to Bermuda and join a well-established, multi-disciplinary property and professional services organisation. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of projects, delivering high-quality surveying services across a varied property landscape while enjoying an excellent work-life balance in a unique island setting. The Role As a Land Surveyor, you will manage projects from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering boundary surveys and preparing compliant legal plans * Conducting topographical surveys and producing detailed CAD outputs * Preparing lease plans and site condition reports * Carrying out setting out duties and supporting development projects * Managing your own workload, projects, and client relationships * Processing survey data and producing high-quality reports * Ensuring all work meets relevant standards and regulations Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have: * A Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Surveying * 3+ years’ experience in professional land surveying * Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and survey processing software * Experience using total stations, GNSS, and ideally laser scanning technology * A strong understanding of surveying principles and best practices * Excellent communication and client-facing skills * Strong organisational ability and attention to detail * The ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Eligibility to gain local professional registration * A full driving licence (or ability to obtain one shortly after relocation) Package & Benefits * Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 * Relocation package (negotiable) * First month accommodation covered * Health insurance (50% employer contribution) * Optional pension scheme * Full support with relocation and settling in * Tax-efficient salary structure * Excellent work-life balance Lifestyle & Opportunity This position offers more than just a career move.
