Land-Based Engineering Instructor
Beverley
£36,100 - £37,500 + £6,000 Bonus, Full Teacher Training + 50 Days Holiday + Generous 28% Pension + Free Onsite Parking
Do you have hands-on experience with Agricultural, Plant, or Land-Based Engineering machinery?

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in Agricultural or Land-Based Engineering and hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject. Experience working with tractors, combines, HGV, plant, or forklift equipment is highly desirable.
This role would suit an experienced engineer or technician who enjoys coaching others, wants a healthier work-life balance, and is looking for a meaningful, impactful career in technical education.
The Role:
Delivering practical and workshop-based training to engineering learners
Supporting students' progress through structured coaching and reviews
Taking the lead on group sessions and tutorials
Monday to Friday - 37 hours/week
The Person:
Background in Agricultural, Land-Based, Plant, or HGV Engineering
Level 3 qualification in a relevant field
Confident communicator with a passion for developing others
No teaching experience needed - full training provided
