Role – Landscape Architect/Garden Designer
Location – London
Salary – £DOE
Our client, an award-winning garden design studio is looking for an experienced Landscape Architect or Garden Designer to join its growing team in West London. Specialising in high-end residential projects across London, the Cotswolds, and internationally, the studio offers a fully integrated approach, with in-house design, construction, and aftercare teams working together to deliver exceptional outdoor spaces from concept to completion and beyond.
THE ROLE
Working from their London based design studio, the successful candidate will join a friendly and collaborative team of ten designers and landscape architects. Led by a Head of Design and guided by a Creative Director with multiple RHS accolades, the team is known for thoughtful design, attention to detail, and a clear passion for quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and support on luxury residential garden design projects across the UK and internationally
* Produce drawings and visualisations using Vectorworks, Lumion, and Adobe Suite
* Work closely with internal teams, architects, contractors, and clients throughout the design and build process
* Contribute to planting design and technical detailing
* Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of work remains high
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Landscape Architecture or Garden Design
* Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
* 3–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in high-end residential work
* Proficient in Vectorworks (or AutoCAD), Adobe Suite, and Lumion
* Good construction knowledge and plant understanding
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Confident, proactive, and a team player
* Eligible to work in the UK
