Job Description
Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Landscape Contracts Manager to get started on a temporary to permanent basis for a client of ours based in Addlestone Addlestone.
Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise Projects
Manage the planning and execution of landscape and groundwork contracts from inception to completion
Oversee multiple sites, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and quality standards
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specificationProvide technical input and problem-solving support across all stages of delivery
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and cost forecasts
Requirements
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within landscaping, groundworks, or RC frame sectors
Strong technical understanding of high-end groundwork and hard landscaping processes
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
Commercial awareness and financial control experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
The Ideal Candidate
SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential)
CSCS Managers Card (essential)
Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (beneficial)
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
