Landscape & Design Manager
Hempton (Office & Site Based)
£35,000 to £42,000 + Van + Staff Discount + Pension
This is an excellent opportunity for a Landscape & Design Manager to join a well-established, family-run business delivering bespoke landscape projects and garden design services across Norfolk.
Are you an experienced Landscape Designer with strong horticultural knowledge? Do you have proven Design skills and enjoy managing projects from concept to completion? Are you looking to join a supportive and friendly team environment with variety and autonomy?
This business has been established for nearly 50 years and has built a strong reputation in the region for quality landscaping, garden design, and horticultural services. With a strong turnover and ambitious plans to expand its landscaping division, they are seeking a motivated individual with fresh ideas to lead the team, manage client relationships, and drive growth in this area of the business.
In this role, you will oversee projects from initial enquiry through to completion, carrying out site visits, preparing sketches and detailed designs, ordering materials, and coordinating the landscaping team. You will liaise closely with clients, provide estimates and quotations, and ensure projects are delivered to high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape design and project management, strong knowledge of plants and horticulture, and the ability to manage people effectively. You must have a full UK Drivers Licence.

The Role:
Leading a small team of landscapers on a variety of projects
Carrying out customer visits and preparing sketches/designs
Producing estimates, invoices, and project costings
Ordering materials and coordinating suppliers
Overseeing risk assessments, permits, and H&S compliance
Managing projects from enquiry to completion
The Person:
Background in landscape design and project management
Strong horticultural knowledge and plant expertise
Experience managing people and liaising with clients
Proficiency in design software and computer literacy
Full driving licence
