Soft & Hard Landscaping Operatives
Northamptonshire
£28,000
Permanent
Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 16:30
🌱 About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and skilled operatives to join our Landscaping Construction Clients in Northamptonshire. You’ll be involved in a variety of soft landscaping tasks including tractor operation, seeding, ground preparation, shrub planting, and tree installation across open spaces and site-based environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience, develop your skills, and grow within a supportive team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Carry out soft landscaping duties such as turfing, planting, and ground preparation
Support hard landscaping tasks including paving, slabbing, and decking as needed
Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
Contribute to creating safe, attractive, and sustainable outdoor spaces✅ What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in soft and/or hard landscaping is highly desirable
Full, valid UK driving licence
CSCS card preferred; willingness to obtain one if not currently held
Horticultural knowledge is a strong advantage
Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on safety
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
