What You’ll Need (Non-Negotiable)
Hard landscaping skills – patios, retaining walls, timber structures, groundworks, turfing
Leadership mentality – lead from the front, not from the van
Organisation – plan, keep jobs on track, and hit deadlines
Communication – with clients, management, and your team
Pride & standards – you don’t cut corners, and you won’t let your team do it either
Full UK driving licence

Running domestic landscaping projects from start to finish
Leading and developing a small, skilled team
