Large Format Print Finisher 

Letchworth Garden City 

Salary negotiable and depending on large format experience 

Job role 

My client has an exciting opening within the business as a large format print finisher to support the production team. They offer a supportive and friendly environment with the chance to be part of a growing business.

Using the very latest high quality digital printers with direct to media capabilities, digital cutters and in-house acrylic fabrication means they can cover a broad range of requirements.

From both large and small POS signage, vinyl's, banners, posters, hoardings, pop-up units, light boxes, laminates, window, and wall graphics.

Job Role 

Create, rip and import files
 · Operating the large format laminator
 · Organising the print workload, in conjunction with the Production office
 · Cutting, weeding and applying computer-cut vinyl graphics
 · Stocktaking and ordering of materials
 · Controlling and collating large print jobs
 · Operating ZundThe key skills required include:

Large format print finishing - cutting / weeding vinyl's, laminating, mounting
Experience operating Zund or similar plotters is highly desirable
Ability to understand and execute instructions
Work within a busy environment, managing workloads to tight deadlines
Flexibility and availability to work additional hours if required
Self-motivated
