About you
You are practical, hands-on and have a sharp eye for detail. You take pride in the quality of your work and enjoy being part of a team that makes projects come to life. You are comfortable with a range of print finishing techniques and you understand the importance of accuracy, care and meeting deadlines.
You are reliable, well-organised and flexible when overtime is needed. You do not just get the job done, you get it done properly.
Your experience
You have worked in a large format print finishing environment and are confident with core processes such as cutting, mounting, laminating and packing. You are methodical in your approach, thorough in your work and happy taking responsibility for tasks from start to finish.
If you have experience with Perspex laser cutting, operating large format printers or installing graphics, that will be a bonus. What matters most is your proven finishing experience and proactive attitude.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
Day to day you will be
• Operating Zund cutting equipment and laminating machines
• Mounting and laying up vinyls to various substrates including wrapped edges
• Banner finishing including taped hems and eyelets
• Stitching silicone edging or Velcro where required
• Preparing materials and packing finished products for delivery
• Assisting across the production team and supporting as needed
It is a role where your finishing skills and attention to detail will directly impact the quality of high-profile projects and campaigns.
