Job Description
DC Personnel are working with a Engineering company in Leicester, who are looking for a Laser Operative to join their team.
Hourly pay rate: £12.21 - £13 per hour depending on experience (Minimum of 2 years experience to be considered for higher pay rate)
Monday – Friday
Hours: 6:00 - 14:00 initially, moving to 7:30 - 16:30 once capable of running the machine on your own
Permanent role
Skills and Knowledge:
1-2 years CNC and Laser machine Setting and operating experience
Experience maintaining laser optics
Understand and select laser cutting gases and parameters
Good maths skills
Ability to understand and work from engineering drawings
Hard working and motivated
Keen eye for detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
