Job Description
Role: Laser Operative
Location: Sheffield S9
Shifts: Days & Nights Rotating
Salary: From £14.00ph+
12 Week Temporary - Permanent role
Metalis are currently working with a manufacturer, who are looking for an experienced Laser Operative to join their team.
Job Duties:
Operate laser cutting machines
Monitor punch & laser machines during operation
Maintain and troubleshoot punch & laser equipment
Monitor the quality of parts produced
Keep records of production and operation of the machines
Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and technical information in order to produce the required components
Able to set up and operate punch & laser cutting machines
Able to check and measure the accuracy of components
Able to work accurately and pay attention to detail
Job Requirements:
Must have previous Laser experience
Able to work well in a team Salary & Shift:
Days and Afternoons Rotating weekly
From £14ph+ (dependent on experience)
