Job Description
Laser Machine Operator – Full Time
Are you an experienced Laser Machine Operator looking for your next opportunity?
We’re excited to be recruiting for a growing team where your skills will be valued, and you’ll have the chance to develop further with in-house training provided.
Hours: 40 per week
Shifts: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–2:30pm (early Friday finish!)
What you’ll be doing:

Setting up and preparing laser/CNC machines before and after production
*
Overseeing the running of machines to ensure smooth operation
*
Checking products against technical drawings and maintaining excellent quality standards
*
Carrying out routine maintenance on machines
*
Using materials efficiently to reduce waste
*
Keeping accurate reports and records
What we’re looking for:
*
Experience operating laser machinery (essential)
*
A valid forklift licence
*
Someone who is detail-focused and takes pride in their work
*
Organised and able to manage time effectively
*
Confident working with computers and technical drawings
*
A positive team player who can also work independently
