Are you a highly skilled Laser Programmer with a knack for optimisation and a passion for making processes run smarter and faster?
Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their growing manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and operating a new Trumpf laser using TruTops, with a strong focus on optimisation and efficiency.
Package & Benefits:
💷 £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
💰 9% pension contribution
⏰ Days: Mon–Thurs 7.30am – 4.00pm | Friday 7.00am – 12.00pm (early finish)

This is a hands-on role, combining both programming and operating duties, and will suit an individual who can see the bigger picture across fixtures, material flow, processes, and programming.
Key Responsibilities:
* Programming and operating a Trumpf laser with TruTops.
* Optimising programs and machine uptime to increase overall efficiency.
* Transferring work from an existing laser to the new system, improving programs along the way.
* Reviewing the full laser function, including fixtures, processes, and material flow.
* Working largely on the shop floor, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience with Trumpf lasers and TruTops software.
* Strong background in process optimisation and continuous improvement.
* Hands-on and practical, with the ability to influence shop floor operations.
* Dynamic, driven, and eager to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing, heavily investing business.
