Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic)
Interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
Select and install appropriate laser settings, nozzles, and lenses
Conduct quality checks and make adjustments to ensure precision
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Laser Setter Operator in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Basic understanding of metal types and material handling
