Alcester, Warwickshire (B49)
Late shift: Mon-Wed 16:30-02:30, Thurs 16:30-01:30
£17.89 - £19.26per hour

Opportunity for an experienced Laser Setter / Operator to join a growing Alcester based Manufacturing business.
The role:
Set up and operate CNC lasers in line with procedures and job card instructions
Read and understand CNC code to the required level for machine set up and operation
Adjust and control set-up parameters to ensure efficient and accurate output
Use air tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment safely
Carry out in-process inspections to ensure components meet quality standards
Support root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and 5S activities
What we're looking for:
1-2 years' experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
Ability to read CNC code and work to quality/manufacturing standards
Strong attention to detail and "right first time" approach
Positive, proactive attitude with good teamwork skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to coach colleagues as needed
