Role: Laundry Operative
Location: Banbury
Contract Length: 6 weeks (starting early August)
Hours: Days 7:30am – 15:30pm / 6 days out of 7 (including weekends)
Pay Rates:
Monday to Friday – £12.85 p/hr
Saturday – £15.00 p/hr
Sunday – £16.00 p/hr
We’re currently recruiting for Laundry Operatives to support a busy industrial laundry facility in Banbury. This is a short-term contract starting at the beginning of August, ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and flexible with their availability.
Responsibilities:
* Loading and unloading industrial washing machines and dryers
* Folding, pressing, and sorting laundry
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Working efficiently as part of a small team
* Being flexible with shift coverage, including weekend work and overtime where required
Requirements:
* A positive, can-do attitude and good work ethic
* Ability to stand for long periods and carry out manual handling
* Previous experience in laundry, warehouse, or production environments is helpful but not essential
* Must be flexible and available to work over the weekend
