Location: Po Box 500, TS1 9FT
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 4+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £47.03 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities
Draft and review commercial contracts and procurement documents.
Provide legal advice to support business operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and vendors.
Assist in resolving legal disputes.
Person Specifications
Must Have:
Qualified to practice law in the UK.
Experience in commercial law and contract management.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Right to work in the UK.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with local government or public sector.
Familiarity with NEPO processes.
Proficiency in legal research tools.
