Salary: £45,000 +
Shift: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)

We're looking for a skilled and motivated LCV Technician / LCV Mechanic / Van Mechanic / Van Technician to join a highly respected dealership workshop in Swansea. As an LCV Technician / LCV Mechanic / Van Mechanic / Van Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-quality servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LCV Technician / LCV Mechanic / Van Mechanic / Van Technician who wants to develop their skills further with a manufacturer-backed programme.
Key Responsibilities of an LCV Technician / LCV Mechanic / Van Mechanic / Van Technician:
Complete scheduled servicing and maintenance within manufacturer timescales
Carry out thorough inspections, adjustments, and repairs as required
Document all diagnosis, repairs, and safety inspections clearly and accurately
Support colleagues with complex faults and technical issues
Maintain a clean and safe working bay at all times
Report additional faults or parts needed to the workshop controller
Skills and Qualifications for an LCV Technician / LCV Mechanic / Van Mechanic / Van Technician:
Essential
Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance
Ability to strip and rebuild engines
Diagnostic repairs
Minimum of 1 year's experience post-apprenticeship
Experience working in a dealership or manufacturer-approved workshop
Desirable
HGV Class 1 or 2 licence
IRTEC qualification
