Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our Automotive busy fleet workshop Client for a LCV Technician / Van Technician based in the Swansea area.
Benefits for the LCV/Van Technician:
Starting salary from £20 per hour. (£42,000 basic wage)
Access to an annual commitment bonus paying circa £600 as well as a profit share bonus scheme dependent on the company's annual performance (paid £700 per person in 2024)
Overtime, subject to availability, paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half.
23 days annual leave plus Christmas and New Year off (other bank holidays are to be worked as and when they fall on your schedule)

4 on, 4 off shift pattern, with working hours from 6:30am-6:30pm Responsibilities of the LCV/Van Technician:
General Servicing
Repair of Vehicle Defects
MOT preparation and repair work
Vehicle Inspection
Completion of associated paperwork
DiagnosticsRequirements of the LCV/Van Technician:
Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a LCV Technician / Van Technician
Working experience within a busy LCV Workshop
Have an up-to-date knowledge of current repair methods
Driving Licence is Essential.The salary of this Van Technician position is £42,000 basic with OTE of £43,300.
