* 7+ years in analytics, with a track record of delivery and client impact
* Deep technical skills in SQL, cloud platforms, and Tableau
* Experience with LLMs, predictive modelling, or automation
* Strong consulting skills — confident in workshops, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into solutions
* A passion for coaching, setting standards, and raising the bar
