Lead Asbestos Surveyor
£38,000 - £43,000 + Full Benefits Package
Wembley, North London
A highly respected name in the asbestos industry is looking to appoint a Lead Asbestos Surveyor to join their team, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential sites throughout London and the Home Counties.
With decades of experience and a reputation built on quality, this consultancy offers a stable environment, long-term client contracts and the opportunity to develop your skill-set further through additional training and support.
The Role:
You’ll carry out management, refurbishment & demolition surveys in line with HSG264, ensuring work is delivered to high standards across a range of property types. You'll also act as a trusted presence on-site, liaising directly with clients and helping maintain long-standing relationships.
Key Requirements:
* BOHS P402 qualification (minimum)
* A minimum of 3 years experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
* Strong client facing skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to commute across London
