We're looking for a Lead Audio Visual Technician - someone with technical expertise, leadership confidence, and a drive to deliver first-class AV experiences across the UK. If you're passionate about modern AV systems and want to lead installations that push boundaries, read on…
What You'll Be Doing
Leading national AV installation projects from planning through to execution
Managing on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver seamless installs
Conducting detailed site surveys and specifying hardware & cable routes
Delivering high-standard first and second fix installations
Supporting with AV programming (lighting/audio), testing, and handover
Providing service support in line with SLAs for key blue-chip clientsWhat We're Looking For
3+ years' experience in AV installation - confident on tools and on-site
Strong technical skills across LCD/LED displays, video conferencing, video over IP, matrix systems
Familiar with control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, BI-AMP) and networking fundamentals
Comfortable leading teams and working in client-facing environments
Full UK Driving Licence requiredBonus points if you have:
CSCS/ECS card
IPAF & PASMA certifications
First Aid trained
