Lead Automation Engineer

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

AED 40,000 - 55,000 per month + Bonus + Medical + Flights + Career Progression

Are you an Automation Engineer with strong PLC, robotics, and industrial automation experience, looking to join a growing modular manufacturing business investing heavily into advanced factory automation systems?

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing and improving automation capability within a modern modular manufacturing environment, helping drive efficiency, scalability, and production performance.

The business is continuing to expand internationally and is looking for someone who can lead automation projects, integrate manufacturing systems, and support the future development of smart factory operations.

The Role:

Design and implement automation and control systems for manufacturing operations
Program and commission PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
Integrate robotics, sensors, drives, and motion control systems
Conduct FAT/SAT testing, troubleshooting, and system optimisation
Lead automation projects and support the development of smart factory operationsThe Person:

Strong industrial automation and PLC programming experience
Experience with Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff, or similar systems
Background within manufacturing, automation, or advanced production environments
Degree qualified in Automation, Electrical, or Mechatronics EngineeringWhy Join:
