The Role
They are seeking a highly experienced Bench Joiner to join their expert team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled craftsperson who thrives on quality, detail, and bespoke work. You will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of custom-designed joinery pieces using both traditional techniques and state-of-the-art machinery.
Key Responsibilities

Manufacture high-end, bespoke joinery items from detailed technical drawings and cutting lists.

Work with a variety of hardwoods, veneers, laminates, and sheet materials.
*
Use traditional hand tools and modern woodworking machinery to a high standard.
*
Ensure work is completed to precise measurements and exceptional levels of finish.
*
Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure seamless transitions from concept to completion.
*
Carry out quality checks at all stages of production.
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Requirements
*
Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end bench joinery.
*
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
*
Proficient in the use of woodworking machinery, including CNC routers (beneficial but not essential).
*
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
*
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
*
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for joinery.
