Lead Boat Mechanic / Foreman
SYR are proud to represent a prestigious Boat Builder in Norway known for its rich heritage & innovative approach to boat construction & maintenance.
Job description:
• Leading Installation of machinery in the engine room, deck, technical spaces
• Very Experience working with Main engines / generators
• Very Experience working with Diesel heaters
• Very Experience working with Fuel lines
• Hydraulic system (tank/valve groups/pump/hoses) (Very experienced)
• Very experienced working with Various pumps and ventilation systems
•Fully competent withwith Hot water / fresh water systems
• Fully competent with Steering systems
Skills
- Fabrication of machinery mounting solutions
- The lead for all welding of aluminium and steel
- Good workshop skills with metal fabrication
- Creative problem solving with regards to installing machinery
- Leading on Stock management
- Knowledge of boat building standards and practicesBefore You Apply
