* Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM is crucial — we seek an individual with practical experience in managing, configuring, and optimising Oracle's Human Capital Management platform to align with strategic HR and business objectives.
* In-depth understanding of business systems and their operational significance.
* Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
* Experience in a hybrid team environment and a background in customer service or stakeholder management.
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with systems supporting HR, finance, or data management.
